Palpitations is a feeling of rapid palpitation, rapid heartbeat or trouble. Palpitations can be stimulated by pressure, exercise, or medications, or rarely due to a medical condition.
Although palpitations can be worrisome, they are usually not harmful. In rare cases, a symptom of a more severe heart condition, such as arrhythmia (a heart rhythm disorder), which may require treatment.

Treatment
- Avoid coffee.
- Quit Smoking.
- Refrain from drinking alcohol.
- Eat healthy food regularly.
- Get enough rest and sleep for hours.
- Avoid taking drugs.
- Sit and take a rest as soon as you feel a throbbing.
- Maintain comfortable positions.
